Pizza made out of multi grain dough topped with Parmesan and Mozarella cheeses, sliced black olives, and pepperoni.

Bread recipe:
3 cups of lukewarm water
6 cups of unbleached flour 
1 1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 1/2 tablespoon of yeast
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
Focaccia with black olives, cherry tomatoes, and herbs.
Cinnamon cookies' recipe: 
6 free range eggs
2 cups of sugar
7 cups of unbleached flour
2 cups of milk
2 cups of peanut oil
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of  baking powder
1 teaspoon of  baking soda
1 shot of grappa
Pineapple cakes.
In this clay pot it was placed chopped pork, potatoes and carrots, chicken stock, sea salt, white wine, fresh bay leafs, and olive oil.
The side dish was baby potatoes in a bath of sea salt. The main dish was chicken immersed in a sauce of pepper paste, white wine, sea salt, fresh bay leafs, black pepper, minced garlic, and olive oil.
In the foreground: lively charcoals are placed behind the door to help trap the heat in.
 Fresh bread loafs baked in the wood fired oven. The texture, richness, and flavour of the bread are fantastic.
Buns with sausages.
This is a small variation of the traditional bread. We decided to add extra flavour inserting a sausage in the the buns. The buns absorbed the juices from the sausages.
The stew was cooked in a clay pot. It includes chopped beef, potatoes, celery, and carrots, garlic, onions, basil, rosemary, fresh bay leafs, chicken stock, flour, tomatoe paste, sea salt and pepper.
Bread recipe:
3 cups of lukewarm water
6 cups of unbleached flour 
1 1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 1/2 tablespoon of yeast
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
Bread recipe:
3 cups of lukewarm water
6 cups of unbleached flour (in this measure,  3 spoons of whole wheat flour was added)
1 1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 1/2 tablespoon of yeast
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
A tray with water was placed in the back of the oven to create moisture and be absorbed by the buns.
The buns recipe is the same as the bread loafs.
In the foreground:  roasted chicken sitting over chopped potatoes. The seasoning includes white wine, garlic, sea salt, rosemary, pepper paste and olive oil.

This bread recipe substitutes 1 cup of unbleached white flour for 1 cup of light rye flour.
Corn bread.
Enjoy the wood flavoured food cooked in your oven. Ovens are versatile as they are used for roasting, baking, and grilling. 

Several customers have shared their experiences in using wood fired ovens and most have reported that the bread, for instance, comes out crispier than in conventional ovens.


Because our ovens are taller inside than others available in the market, tall pots can be placed inside for easy access. Our ovens are not limited to baking pizzas only. All these dishes were cooked in our wood fired ovens.
